1试一试深呼吸。找一个不会让你分心的安静的地方,并找到让自己舒服的方式。最好是坐下来或者斜躺着,不要平躺下来,你不是要睡觉的。现在,想象你肚脐下有一个点,你呼气和吸气的时候都会通过这一点。深深地吸气,然后像是放气的气球一样呼气。缓慢而深入的呼吸会增加你身体的含氧量,让你更加放松。[11]

- 在大事件来临之前感到焦虑或紧张,都是非常正常的事。
- 如果你的大脑一直在转个不停,就试着做些跟那件事不相干的事情,来分散你的注意力。
