Coconut oil can easily penetrate hair follicles and nourish your locks from within. If you use coconut oil hair mask for deep-conditioning once a week – you will see an amazing difference in the way your hair looks, feels and shines. Just apply coconut oil on your hair (you can warm it up a little bit, but make sure it’s not too hot, it must be comfortable to touch); massage the oil into your scalp and spread the rest on the length of your hair; leave it sit on your head for at least 30 minutes (the longer – the better), then, wash and condition, as usual.
